- Is it safe and secure?
Yes. Our main payment processor is Paypal, so we never get access to your card or account details.
- Is it discreet?
Yes, our packaging is low profile. Nobody could guess what is hiding inside it.
- How long until I receive my package?
From 48 to 72 hours, depending where you are in Europe, from the moment we ship the package. All orders processed before 17:00 will be sent the next day.
Items shipped to Canary Islands, Ceuta y Melilla and Balearic Islands can take up to 72 hours or more and will go through customs which are to be paid for by the customer.
- What if I'm not home when the package arrives?
If you're not home and your neighbor either, then the delivery person will leave a notice so you can get in touch with the transporter and agree on a delivery time. They will try to deliver the package twice. If you are not there, you can go and pick up your package at the post office where they will keep it safely for 15 days. After that, it will be sent back to us.
- Can I cancel my order?
You can only cancel your order before it is shipped, and we ship orders within 24 hours, so let us know as soon as you can and we will see if it is still possible to cancel your order. If it is possible, we will give you a full refund including shipping costs.
- Do your products have a warranty?
Our products come with a two-year warranty, but the way it is done depends on the manufacturer's policy. If you detect an anomaly, as long as it's not a result of your handling, you will be able to have the item either repaired or replaced, except if it ends up being impossible or disproportionate.
- Can I send an item back just because I don't like it?
Yes but we will only accept returns in the original packaging and with the warranty sign intact.
We do not take back items of lingerie for hygiene purposes.
